We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process. We continually work to improve the accessibility, usability, and functionality of our Website and to reduce barriers that may prevent individuals from accessing our digital content, information, products, or services. 1. Our Accessibility Commitment California Design Firm strives to provide an accessible Website consistent with recognized accessibility principles and applicable requirements. Where reasonably practicable, we work toward alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and generally recognized accessibility practices. Because accessibility standards, technologies, browsers, assistive technologies, and Website content continually change, we do not represent that every portion of the Website will always be fully accessible to every person or compatible with every assistive technology. Our goal is to identify and address accessibility barriers as they are discovered. 2. Accessibility Features and Practices Our accessibility efforts may include, as appropriate: Meaningful text alternatives for images and other non-text content; Appropriate heading structure; Descriptive link text; Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls; Appropriate labels for forms and input fields; Readable text and sufficient color contrast; Avoidance of information conveyed solely through color; Captions or transcripts for applicable multimedia content; Accessible document formats where reasonably practicable; Logical page structure; Compatibility with commonly used browsers and assistive technologies; and Ongoing review and improvement of Website accessibility. 3. Alternative Access If you are unable to access particular information, functionality, or content through the Website because of an accessibility barrier, please contact us. Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, we will work with you to provide the information or service through an alternative method. An accessibility request will not affect your ability to receive products or services from California Design Firm. 6. Ongoing Improvements Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project. California Design Firm may periodically review Website content and functionality and implement improvements based on: User feedback; Accessibility testing; Changes in technology; Changes in accessibility standards; Changes in applicable law; and Identification of new or previously unknown barriers. We appreciate accessibility feedback because it helps us identify areas where the Website can be improved. 7. Compatibility The accessibility of a particular Website feature may depend on the user's device, operating system, browser, assistive technology, browser settings, Internet connection, or other factors outside our control. We recommend keeping browsers, operating systems, and assistive technologies reasonably current when possible. 8. Equal Access and Non-Discrimination California Design Firm is committed to providing equal access to its Website, information, products, and services.
